Our Customer Experience Representatives assist customers online, over the phone, and in person by answering product and service questions, following up with orders, and ensuring our customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
Your job is to represent Amerisleep’s exceptional brand and reputation, while helping clients achieve the best sleep experience in their lives.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Provide support and answers for customer inquiries on product knowledge, order placement, and order follow-up
Manage customer accounts
Maintain professional, friendly communications
Demonstrate a great attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers and helping Amerisleep sustain its dramatic growth
Availability for weekend and weekday hours are required
Proficiency with internet technology and G Suite
Professional English communication skills (phone, email and in-person)
Excellent interpersonal capabilities
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to solve problems and resolve issues
