Our Retail Sleep Ambassadors assist customers in person by answering product and service questions, following up with orders, and ensuring our customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
Your job is to represent Amerisleep’s exceptional brand and reputation, while helping clients achieve the best sleep experience in their lives.

Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the Amerisleep product and value-proposition
Provide support and answers for customer inquiries on product knowledge, order placement, and order follow-up
Maintain professional, friendly communications
Manage customer accounts
Demonstrate a great attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers and helping Amerisleep sustain its dramatic growth
Must be flexible and adaptable in order to anticipate customer needs and interests
Demonstrated passion for in-person customer service
A proficient multi-tasker, you ‘own’ multiple customer experiences in a fast-paced retail store
A bias towards action and awareness of the market and customer needs

Availability for weekend and weekday hours is required
